When you register for Review Paper, we collect:

- Password (hashed and stored securely)
- User Role (Reviewer/Dosen or Author/Mahasiswa)
2.2 Ticket and Communication Data
We collect and store all content you create within the App, including:
- Ticket titles and descriptions
- Messages and replies exchanged between Authors and Reviewers
- File attachments uploaded to tickets (PDF, Word, images, ZIP, etc.)
- Timestamps of your activities
2.3 Device Information
We automatically collect certain information about your device:
- Device ID (Android ID)
- Device model and manufacturer
- Operating system version
- App version
- FCM Token (for push notifications)
2.4 Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App, including:
- Which features you use most frequently
- Session duration and frequency
- Crash reports and performance logs

4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
4.1 Where Data is Stored
All your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), including:
- User accounts (Firebase Authentication)
- Ticket and reply data (Firebase Realtime Database)
- File attachments (Firebase Storage)
4.2 Data Retention Period

Important: Files uploaded to Firebase Storage are automatically deleted after 60 days from the date of upload. This policy is in place to manage storage costs and comply with our data minimization principles. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered from our servers. However, if you have already downloaded a file to your device, it remains accessible locally.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with:

6.4 iTextPDF
- Used for exporting ticket conversations to PDF format

- Firebase security rules – restrict access to ticket data based on user roles
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
